I became interested in holistic health and nutrition over 25 years ago. I began studying nutrition after graduation from Delaware Valley College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. My interest in nutrition continued throughout my years at Palmer College of Chiropractic and since graduation I have and continue to take classes, pursuing this passion. Initially I called upon these skills to assist patients in my practice as a chiropractor.
However, a series of negative health issues involving family members helped me to realize that I could help more people by incorporating whole food organic supplementation into my practice.I one again decided to immerse myself in study. I began taking classes in human nutrition and holistic health in order to obtain certification as a Wellness Physician.
In April 2007, I opened The Center for Nutrition and Wellness. I have seen too many patients, friends and family become ill and or die too early throughout the years. 90% of the diseases many of us suffer from today are lifestyle related and may be prevented if necessary measures are taken.
I know that by guiding patients to feed their bodies using whole food and targeted functional nutrition while maintaining a healthy lifestyle, they will live longer healthier lives. I look forward to assisting you in reaching the pinnacle of health for which you are striving.
